Chicken thighs will take around 30 to 40 minutes in the oven at 220℃ in a fan oven. Cook them skin-side down for the best results with a crisp skin and juicy interior.
You should cook chicken thighs at 200℃ for around 25 minutes in the air fryer. Start skinside down before turning halfway through cooking.
Start by patting the chicken skin dry. Then, season generously with your favourite seasoning - salt, pepper, barbecue, etc. In a pan, sear the skin for several minutes before switching to the oven or air fryer for the rest of the cooking time.
