Keep all items in the fridge upon arrival. Use-by dates apply per item, although as a general rule, the refrigerated shelf life from despatch date is 4 days. Freeze anything you won’t use within this time and defrost thoroughly before cooking.

How to Cook Everything in the Premium Breakfast Selection
This premium box includes a full range of hearty, Scottish breakfast staples. Follow these simple steps to prepare each item perfectly:
Campbells Black Pudding
- Slice into rounds 1-1.5cm thick.
- Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Cook until the outside is crisp and the centre is piping hot.
Campbells Haggis
- Boiling: Wrap in foil and simmer gently in a pan of water for 45 minutes.
- Oven: Wrap in foil and bake at 180°C (fan 160°C) for 45 minutes.
- Microwave: Cut casing, place in a covered dish, and heat for 6-8 minutes on medium power, stirring halfway.
Sliced Steak Lorne
- Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side until browned and cooked through.
- Alternatively, grill for 5-6 minutes, turning once.
- Serve in a roll or with eggs and beans for a classic Scottish breakfast.
Cumberland Ring Sausage
- Preheat a grill or frying pan to medium.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning regularly to brown evenly.
- Ensure the centre is piping hot before serving.

Packaging
Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.
To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
