How to Store Fajita Steak Safely
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Shelf life of 4-5 days. If freezing, do so on the day of delivery and use within 3 months and defrost thoroughly before cooking.

How to cook
How To Cook Fajita Steak
Fry or grill with peppers, onions, and seasoning for a restaurant-style fajita. Also works well in tacos, wraps, salads or Asian-style stir-fry dishes.
- Heat a little oil in a pan until hot.
- Add steak strips and fry for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Ensure the steak is cooked through and serve immediately with accompaniments.

Packaging
Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.
To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
