Scotch Lamb Valentine Steaks Twin Pack

Though the steaks are prone to shrinkage the taste was just perfect. We always prefer well cooked meat and we were not disappointed in taste. Highly recommended as a unique alternative to beef.

These Scotch Lamb Valentine Steaks are wonderful. Tender and extremely tasty. I have no hesitation in recommending them - you will not be disappointed.

The lamb steaks looked lovely and cooked up nicely. However there was no flavour at all. Lamb usually has a bit of a sweet gamey flavour. Theses did not.

Quality Lamb Steak is so hard to find! For me neck steak is too fatty & the meat too sparse. Leg steak is too tough! This Lamb Steak satisfies me completely! Cooks easily & well. Rested for as long as it cooks …

They made the perfect Easter lunch for the family - everyone had them cooked according to their preference and everyone loved them.

Nice tender meat, don't overcook and let them rest a while for the best taste, brings out the full flavour. We had with mash, runner beans and mint sauce gravy, beautiful.
