Tasty, seared then cooked.low and slow on a bed of onions and carrots, cut like butter and packed full of flavour. A lovely Sunday treat!

Very good value and nice amount of fat. I turned mine into pastrami, so brined and then slow cooked and steamed. It made very tasty and juicy fall apart slicing meat and I will be back for more for sure!

Nice size and relatively lean too. Cooked under pressure then sliced after spending night in fridge. Cut beautifully and had with the juice turned into gravy.

Always a reliable joint from Campbells as they don't include a lot of fat and it makes for a lovely, tasty slow roasting joint.

Cooked slowly it is hard to tell it’s brisket , cooks great and carves and tastes Gorgeous highly recommended.
