Please note: your Christmas Hamper will be delivered to you frozen. Check product labelling for shelf life and follow storage instructions. All products in this hamper have a frozen shelf life of 6 months.

Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.

• 1kg Specially Selected Boneless Unsmoked Gammon

• 454g Sausage Meat - our classic sausage meat
• 1.5kg Pigs in Blankets - our tasty chipolatas wrapped up tightly in delicious bacon
• 1kg Turkey Gravy - a delicious turkey gravy made with real turkey stock

Take the stress out of Christmas and have your hamper delivered early and in plenty of time this year.

Each product is hand-selected and inspected for any minute defects before we freeze them in our blast chill at -20c.

The hamper is then shipped out in a specially designed polystyrene insulated box, with dry ice to maintain a temperature well below 0c. This will then be within a cardboard box.

Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we either use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, or a recyclable tough corrugated cardboard box which is foil lined and insulated with bubble wrap. Both boxes are leak-proof and sturdy.

To keep your delivery cool, it is packed along with specially designed ice packs. Our ice packs are made with a frozen water-based gel, which keeps the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours. When the ice does melt, it stays as a gel, which prevents the delivery becoming wet.
