In a bowl, combine your crushed garlic, butter and 2 tablespoons of parsley. Mix well and mould into sausages for the right amount of chicken - each chicken breast needs two sausages
Individually wrap the garlic butter sausages in clingfilm and put in the freezer until firm
Using a sharp knife, make a small, deep incision in the top of the chicken towards the middle. Remove the knife and push one of the garlic sausages in towards the middle. Do the same from the bottom so both sausages are close to the centre
Set out 3 bowls. In one, add the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese with some seasoning. In the second, add the beaten eggs. In the third, add the flour
Dredge the chicken through the flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumbs. Do each fillet twice and ensure an even covering. Chill in the fridge for an hour
Heat a large frying pan with a few tablespoons of oil. Fry your kievs for 2 to 3 minutes, ensuring an even, golden colouring
Preheat your oven to 200℃. Once hot, cook your kievs for 25 minutes until cooked through
For an absolute classic, you could serve your kievs with some chips and peas. For a healthy alternative, a side salad or some simple veg like broccoli, carrots and green beans will work really well.
But a firm Campbells favourite is some creamy mashed potatoes. This will soak up the garlic butter and taste delicious.
To ensure the chicken is cooked through, cook for around 25 minutes in the oven at 200℃.
